HOW IT WORKS: Families

Looking to find a part-time, full-time, live-in, or even last-minute nanny or babysitter? We interview nannies face-to-face weekly from all over the Metro Detroit area, and already have an extensive database of 100's of qualified candidates in Michigan. All of our nannies have completed background reports available. We take your family as seriously as we take ours, and that's why we do what we love.



Please fill out the family application and submit payment for your $350 non-refundable deposit. Once we have these two items we can get the process started.



We will first reach out to our database of candidates to see if anyone is interested in your position. We also interview specifically for you based on your search criteria. We will then send “nanny profiles” over via email to review and you can then decide who you would like to interview. We then suggest doing working interviews with the nannies you really like just to make sure they are going to be a perfect fit. We arrange all interviews and working interviews for you. We also call all of their references, and we provide you with those numbers if you want to talk to their references also.  Please be aware that nanny searches can take anywhere from 30 - 60 days, although sometimes we fill positions sooner. The more time we have the better to find the perfect nanny for you and your family. All of our candidates come with a complete background report.



Once a nanny is hired another $350 is due for the placement fee.  Once payment is received we will release all of the nannies contact information to you. Once you hire a nanny you have a 2 week window if you realize the nanny isn’t a perfect fit, and we will then replace the nanny at no additional charge. We reserve the right to charge your account for the placement amount if you engage in a working relationship with a candidate that we put you into contact with without letting us know you've done so.
